Processing Your Order 

Orders generally ship 1 to 12 business days from date order is received. Orders received after 12:00 noon during weekdays or on weekends will not begin processing until the following business day.  This does not include weekend days or carrier in transit time. On occasion heavy increases of sales may cause additional time for processing orders. Large orders of same products may also require additional time for processing. We also sell products direct to local customers, as result some items may be temporarily out of stock.

Yes We Do Ship To Canada: and most international locations.  Please NOTE:, All international shipments are shipped by USPS only. You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We will normally process your order and ship it out within 3-5 business days (this excludes time in transit).  Larger, more complex orders may take an additional 3-5 days to process.  We can ship products anywhere in the United States using either UPS or USPS. Flat rate shipping or orders qualifying for free shipping are shipped by the carrier of our choice.  Shipping options are displayed during checkout.  All shipping rates and delivery dates are determined by package size and option chosen for the order weight, destination, and current shipping carrier rates (UPS or USPS) excluding applicable sales tax. 
 
 
After Your Order Is Shipped:  After the package is placed in the hands of the carrier we do not have control of the package or shipping time. Our shipping charges are based on current USPS or UPS rates, excluding applicable sales tax. 
 

It is the customers responsibility to open the shipped packages upon receipt of their order to ensure they have received their complete order. Any shortages, missing items or exchanges must be reported or requested within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order.

Regarding Product Damages Caused By Shipping Carrier. 
Replacement products or refunds will only be shipped or made after the carrier approves the damage claim.
