1. All Sales Are Final

(a.) Orders may be canceled prior to being packaged for shipment only if cancellation request is received in our office within 24 Clock hours from the time of purchase. Order cancel request made within this 24 hour time frame will not be charged a cancellation fee.

(b.) Within the first seven (7) days from date of purchase orders may be canceled with a 10% cancellation administrative fee deducted from any refund. 

(c.) After seven days from date of purchase orders are considered in packaging process and can not be canceled and no refunds made after the first seven (7) days from date and time purchase. However you may request a refund if we have not provided you with a tracking number within 30 calendar days from the date your order is placed.

Returns are not accepted! Only exception being products we shipped to you by mistake and in error on our part. When your order is shipped you will be notified if any items have been back ordered. Back ordered items will shipped  as soon as possible, usually within 14 days. It is the customers responsibility to open the shipped packages upon receipt of their order to ensure they have received their complete order. *Any damaged items must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order. Only product prices, sale prices or shipping promotions quoted or stated on this website will prevail and be applied to any order placed. Prices and shipping promotions appearing on any other website or printed ad's or material, fliers or otherwise do not supersede the prices or promotions on this website "" or lack thereof and may be invalid or out of date and may not apply to any order placed on this website. All prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

 Product exchanges and allowed only if the requested exchange is made within seven (7) business days of the customers receiving their order. Items being returned must be of equal or lessor value than the replacement products. Exchange request must be made by email and must have prior authorization by return email before the product being exchanged is shipped back to us. A copy of the authorization email along with a copy of the original order number must also be provided. .

Products returned for exchange must have prior authorization and be in the original packaged condition, undamaged and unused. Exchanged products must be exchanged for similar products within that products category.  

3. Damages Caused By Shipping Carrier. 
Replacement products or refunds will only be shipped or made after the carrier approves the damage claim



 4. Free Merchandise Promotions

Depending on the type of promotion in effect at any time, the terms may vary. For this reason the terms for each different free merchandise promotion shall be clearly displayed on the same webpage under and in clear focal view as the Promotion Banner. These terms shall apply without exception.

5. Restocking Fee's/ Allowed Refunds

Seller is under no obligation to accept any returned products. In the event that seller agrees to any refund and a return for refund is allowed there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from any refund. Buyer must pay return shipping, return shipping cost are not refundable. Refunds are for returned products only and accordingly subject to applicable restocking fees. At no time shall any portion of the original outgoing shipping cost (to buyer) be refunded. 

Please Note: If you create a shopping cart during a sale event the sale prices will automatically revert back to regular prices after the sale event ends. To receive the sale prices you must checkout your cart before the sale ends, NO EXCEPTIONS
