Returns are not accepted! Only exception being products we shipped to you by mistake and in error on our part. When your order is shipped you will be notified if any items have been back ordered. It is the customers responsibility to open the shipped packages upon receipt of their order to ensure they have received their complete order. Any shortages, missing items or exchanges must be reported or requested within seven calendar days of receiving your order. (No Exceptions) .

Please note that the shipping prices quoted on our website are quoted by the respective carrier in real time via direct internet connection to our website. These quotes however are not always accurate . We have no control over these carriers website and quotes they make and are not responsible for inaccurate quotes by these carriers. If shipping cost exceed the amount paid by the customer, we always pay any extra cost ourselves, under no circumstances will the customer be required to pay extra shipping cost for errors in shipping quotes (more shipping than you already paid). When actual shipping charges exceed the shipping charges paid by the customer we reserve the right to choose an alternate shipping service other that the service selected by the customer at the time order was placed.



Only product prices, sale prices or shipping promotions quoted or stated on this website will prevail and be applied to any order placed. Prices and shipping promotions appearing on any other website or printed ad's or material, fliers or otherwise do not supersede the prices or promotions on this website "" or lack thereof and may be invalid or out of date and may not apply to any order placed on this website. All prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

No cash, credit card or check purchases refunded. Refunds will be product exchanges and allowed only if the requested exchange is made within seven (7) business days of the customers receiving their order. Items being returned must be of equal value than the replacement products. Exchange request must be made by email and must have prior authorization by return email before the product being exchanged is shipped back to us. A copy of the authorization email along with a copy of the original order number must also be provided. .

Products returned for exchange must have prior authorization and be in the original packaged condition, undamaged and unused. Exchanged products must be exchanged for similar products within that products category. Restocking charge will not be applied on equal or greater exchanges. However the replacement products must be at least 75% of the original order you purchased. If less than the original order you purchased then a 20% charge for restocking and credit card processing will be deducted from the refunded amount.

3. Damages Caused By Shipping Carrier. 
Replacement products or refunds will only be shipped or made after the carrier approves the damage claim


4. Special, Custom And Large Orders

Because special, custom or larger than average (Over $2000.00) orders constituent a larger than normal upfront expense there will be no refunds in regards to special, custom or large orders described herein. Special or Custom orders consist of one or more of the following; design, manufacturing or procurement of products, not sold on our website prior to subject purchase being made. Larger than average orders consist of one or more of the following; design services rendered, manufacturing larger quantities of standard products than usually produced for a single customer, entity or multi-able customers, entities in a single or multi-able purchases.

5. Free Shipping

In addition------If you received free shipping on your order, all of our cost for the original shipping and handling of the original order we shipped to you  will be deducted from any refunded amount. 


6. Canceling UN-Shipped Orders

Orders may be canceled prior to being packaged for shipment, however there will be charged a 5% refund processing and handling charge no exceptions.


Orders canceled after an order is packaged for shipment but prior to being turned over to respective Carrier, will be charged 10% for our cost of labor, unpacking products and returning products to inventory.
